TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

GRATUITY:  Unless we have prior instructions from you, payment does not include standard gratuity of 15-20% if excellent service has been provided. 

CREDIT CARDS:  If payment is made by credit card, cardholder authorizes Luxury Limousine to charge their card and agrees to pay the amount listed in accordance with the agreement governing the use of such card. 

PAYMENTS:  All payments on the day of your trip must be made in cash.  We can NOT accept credit cards on the day of your trip.

CANCELLATION:  All deposits collected for limousine runs are not refundable.  Airport and corporate trips may receive a full refund if cancellation is made with four hours notice.  If you are not on your originally scheduled flight, you must notify our office to avoid an extra trip charge. 

VEHICLES:  Vehicles can not be loaded beyond seating capacity.  There is no smoking or illegal drug use allowed in our vehicles.  There is no consumption of alcohol by minors. Luxury Limousine is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.  Client assumes full financial liablity for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any member of their party.

Luxury Limousine is not responsible for trip terminations due to inclement weather, unsafe road conditions, or mechanical breakdown and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
