The following are a list of terms that we have as part of our reservation agreement.

1.  Payment does not include the standard gratuity of 15% if excellent service has been provided.

2.  All limousine deposits collected are non-refundable.  Sedan and airport reservations may be cancelled with a full refund with a four-hour notice.

3.  Payments on the day of the reservation, including overtime, must be paid up front and in cash.

4.  Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on run and will be responsible in making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.

5.  The company is not responsible for trip terminations due to inclement weather or unsafe road conditions.

6.  The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any member of their party.

7.  Luxury Limousine is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.

8.  Smoking or drug use is not permitted in any vehicle for hire.

9.  Vehicles can not be loaded beyond seating capacity.

Failure to abide by these policies can result in extraction from the vehicle at the discretion of the chauffeur.
